4-Day work week

The crews will generally work 4 days per week. The Foreman will have some responsibilities 5 days a week but will overall, the 5th day will be an opportunity to organize and plan for the upcoming week.
Working season

The typical busy season for our Foremans are from March-Mid December.

During the winter, the Foremans have a more relaxed work load. They are expected to participate in leadership training and plan for the year to come. Overall the Winter is time for well deserved rest.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $85,000 - $130,000
