  • Be a versatile concrete labor

  • Survey layout

Responsibilities:

  • Layout in front of operations

  • Survey Responsibilities:

    • Install grade stakes

    • Verify accuracy

  • Physical Labor:

    • Various activities

    • Install/remove string lines and pins

    • Install and remove sidewalk forms

    • Sawcuts

  • Foreman support

Success Criteria:

  • Has a plan for the day, and can help direct others.

  • The crew has survey layouts ahead

  • No rework due to the bad layout

  • Physical labor performed is value-adding and timely

At LCL Excavation, our dedicated construction workers put in approximately 1800 hours of hard work each year. That's the same number of hours as someone working a standard 35-hour week for 52 weeks!
